Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, usually on the same day if placed before 3pm. Orders placed at weekends are processed on the next working day. Please bear with us during busy periods where there may be a delay to order processing times. You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been dispatched. We tend to dispatch orders quickly, but if you realise you’ve made a mistake, email us right away at info@pairs-socks.com and we’ll do our best to adjust your order before it’s shipped.

If your order has been sent using a tracked service, once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you with a tracking number and link so you can follow its journey to your door.

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and typically arrive in a few working days, and international deliveries vary by region, you can find estimated times on our Delivery & Returns page

Our warehouse is based in the UK and we offer international shipping to many countries. You can find options, timing and costs on our delivery and returns page. Please note that some countries will charge a customs admin fee which you will be responsible for paying. Deliveries to the US should not incur any additional charges

Depending on how many socks you order you'll either receive a recyclable paper-envelope or a box containing your Pairs. Each order comes with our signature branded dust bag. You can also add either a small or large branded gift box and more dust bags by selecting 'Gifting' options on the product page or at checkout.

We hope you will be very happy with your Pairs. If you wish to return them you can return unworn socks in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Returned items must be in resalable condition with all labels and packaging intact.

Our Alpaca and Mohair socks are made in the UK in a traditional British mill. Bamboo, Merino, Wool and Ultra Soft Alpaca are made by carefully selected family-run mills in Portugal and Turkey.

Most of our socks can be machine washed at 40°C. We recommend avoiding tumble drying to preserve the fibres. Some fibres, like alpaca, need to be washed at 30°C. Specific care instructions are included on each product page and label.

We work with makers that we know and trust in British, Portuguese and Turkish mills. We source only the highest quality natural fibres that last longer and need replacing less often. We aim to encourage buying less, but better. All our packaging is home recyclable.

Yes, all our socks are made from natural fibres which makes them gentle on sensitive skin. In particular alpaca and bamboo fibres are breathable and naturally resistant to allergens.

Natural fibres like alpaca, mohair and merino are surprisingly smooth against the skin. Alpaca and bamboo, in particular, are super soft and hypoallergenic - well-suited to sensitive skin.
